About us

We are in a time between stories. The systems we’ve inherited no longer serve life, yet what comes next is still forming.

Liminal Collective exists to help people, organisations and communities reshape themselves to align with living systems and move from fragmentation to relationship, from extraction to reciprocity, from collapse to regeneration.

Sustainability transformation

We work with people and organisations ready to move beyond business-as-usual — offering strategic support, facilitation, and systems practice to help shift culture, embed sustainability, and design for long-term resilience and regeneration. Our work is woven into three streams of practice reflecting the constraints of our existing system and an invitation to imagine and move towards new possibilities.

Tending the edges

This stream is about working within the existing systems, acknowledging the gaps and finding ways to adapt them to the limits of our living planet. Its sustainability, but different.

Shifting the pattern

This stream works to create new ways of seeing, relating, and designing within systems, that honour the interwoven nature of our existence. Here we stretch beyond.

Seeding the future

This stream is an invitation to explore the possibilities of living systems, so we might regenerate the social fabric and ecological network of life. What can we plant together?

Testimonials

Despite this being a technical piece of work, working with you was indeed life giving. I can’t express how much I have appreciated your guidance, mentoring, intelligence and friendship through this process. It’s beyond what I could have expected, so thank you.

Bethany Loates, Emissions Reduction Lead

Luke is definitely someone you want on your team. He is skilled at applying adaptive management practices throughout the course of a project, particularly complex, innovative projects with a high degree of difficulty. He prioritises building his understanding of the client’s perspective and needs.
